PROJECTS

 

The City of San Diego faced major electric cost increases. We developed testimony recommending movement of the City's largest accounts to the proper customer class. This proposal, adopted through broad settlement with other parties, saved the City millions in operating expenses.

We have worked with a variety of independent power producers, trade organizations, and customers that have significant electric and gas requirements. Although we have helped clients in the US, Canada, China, and Korea, othe majority of our clients have interests in the western power and gas markets.
